Showcase of Bands

Starting at 6:00 PM Friday and ending at 2:00 PM Sunday (new end time), there will be forty bands covering bluegrass, old-time stringband, and related music genres on two different stages (the Nechville Banjo Stage in the auditorium and the My Favorite Guitars Stage located in the Europa room). There will be many of your favorite groups returning along with some exciting new bands!


The Europa Room: Open Stage & Buffet Dinner

The Showcase of Bands starts on the My Favorite Guitars Stage beginning Friday at 6:00 PM and listen to some great bands. If you haven’t got a spot on the schedule, you can sign up in the Gathering Place starting at 7:00 PM on Friday evening for a slot to perform during the open stage session on Saturday morning between 10:30 AM and 12:00 PM. On Saturday night we will have drawings for door prizes during the Winter Weekend buffet put on by the Crowne Plaza hotel.
