WINTER BLUEGRASS WEEKEND VOLUNTEERS

A Festival of Bluegrass & Old-Time Music & Dance
March 5-7, 2010, Radisson Hotel & Conference Center, Plymouth MN

Are you coming to MBOTMA's Winter Bluegrass Weekend on March 5-7 2010? To make the weekend a reality we will need to fill 140 volunteer shifts with many volunteers like you - people willing to do their part to make it happen. Would you be able to help us out for just a couple hours?

Volunteers still pay their own admission, but they get preferential seating at the Saturday Night Headline Concerts (just get your ticket stamped "volunteer" at the ticket table and we'll let you in before everyone else). Below is a list of some of the things we need help with. Email Executive Director Jed Malischke to sign up for any of the open times below. And thank you.

Exhibit Room Monitors. An easy task, just stand or sit by an exhibit room door and allow in only people with exhibitor tags. A couple can work together and fill two spots (the doors are next to each other). These are sometimes short shifts lasting a little over an hour.

Gate Keepers. Another easy task. Just sit at the entrance to one of our stage areas and check to see that people have wristbands. You might also have raffle tickets to sell. We need one person each at the Auditorium Room, Europa Room, and Dance Parlour at most times on all three days.
