2021 August Fest Utility Camping Registration

This form is for reserving campsites for the August Festival event at El Rancho Manana in Richmond, MN.

This reservation form requires an email address and the 2021 Registration Code. If you do not have an email address, call 651-456-8919 to register. 

Event tickets are purchased separately at www.minnesotabluegrass.org.

PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION CAREFULLY!

• These reservations are for Thursday, Friday and Saturday (August 5-7) NIGHTS ONLY. Reservations for additional nights must be made directly through the campground at 320-597-2740
• Registrations must be completed (including payment) by May 5, 2021
• Only one camper will be allowed on each site and all campers/vehicles will be tagged. Untagged campers will be charged.
  
• If you are registering for multiple sites you need to do a separate registration for each site.
• We will assign sites based on the camper information you provided upon registration. If you decide to bring a larger size rig or different type camper than the one registered, your spot may not be available for you to use and your money will then be refunded. The sites can have very specific size requirements. 
• Cost is $120 for the three nights. Payment can be made: 
  

1. Via credit card using the "Pay Online" option.

2. By choosing the "Invoice Me" option and mailing a check to the address below.  NOTE: Your reservation is NOT COMPLETE until payment is received. Payments not received within 10 days will result in a canceled reservation.

• Refunds are available until July 1. If money is refunded, the site is lost for next year.
• You will receive your campground assignment  by mail or email and you must bring the assignment with you to check in at the campground.
  
• Every site is guaranteed 20 amp service. You can request a site with more amps but it is not guaranteed. 
  
• Please note we will make every effort to place you in the site where you were last year but many factors can affect that option such as size of your rig and conditions of the site itself. We are unable to take specific site requests.
