Vendor Registration
Registration is Now Open for Merch Vendors for the 2026 Winter Bluegrass Weekend.
Dates: March 6-8, 2026
Location: Crowne Plaza Minneapolis West (3131 Campus Drive Plymouth MN)
Hall Open: Friday 6-10 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. – 7 p.m., Sunday 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Setup: Friday, 4 – 6 p.m., Saturday, 9 -11 a.m.. Sunday, 9-10 a.m.
Cost: $75 for two tables
Ticketing: Two weekend tickets included with table purchase. Additional weekend tickets are available for purchase.
Equipment: Tables are standard 6′ and space includes two chairs. Electricity is provided upon request at no additional charge but there are a limited number of electric spots available.
Check-In: Vendors will check in at the Registration table to receive wristbands and space assignment.
Security: Vendor room is monitored during event and locked during off hours.
Expected Attendance: approximately 1000
Payment: must be made online. No refunds.
Vendor Agreement: Please read the linked Vendor Agreement. By signing up to sell at Winter Bluegrass Weekend, you agree to abide by the Agreement.
